Shavcire Wei is the technician boss so to speak.  This is were you go to get promoted.  He can also fix anything you bring him.  He is rather pricey.  He also sells repair kits.  Just look at the menu.  He is in the cyber clinic first room to the west. 


If you go through the door in the main room of the cyber clinic you go to the droidworks sales room.  Here is where you can buy the air drone and equiptment for it. 

There is the Tech Workshop where you get manuals and other equiptment you might need.  The room is to the left is where the stuff is for sale.  Once again just look at the menu.
